Kinobee Systems

Your business runs on systems.
Kinobee builds the ones that don’t break.

We make the tools you already pay for behave like one system. Integrations, revenue operations, reporting that reconciles, and AI where it actually earns its place. If something you depend on has no API, we write one.

30 minutes. No pitch deck. You leave with a plan whether we work together or not.

The situation

You already know what’s broken.

  • open the CRM
  • Tuesday’s lead isn’t in it
  • it’s sitting in someone’s inbox
  • two systems both claim revenue truth
  • neither agrees with the third
  • the automation someone built last year died in March
  • nobody noticed
  • eight tools that don’t talk and whoever wired them has left
  • “where did this month’s revenue come from” takes three people and a spreadsheet

You have been running the burning-room dog as an operating model. This is fine. It is not fine.

None of this is a software problem. Every tool on that list works fine on its own. What is missing is the wiring between them.

What Kinobee builds

Six things we get asked for most.

Systems design

Before anything gets built: where data lives, who owns it, and what happens when a tool goes down at 2am. Most projects change shape once that is on paper.

RevOps

Lead to cash, wired end to end, with attribution that survives contact with your finance team.

Expert integrations

Two systems that were never meant to speak, made to speak reliably. You hear about a break before your customer does.

Custom APIs

No API? Skill issue, and not yours. We write one. A documented, authenticated service sits in front of the closed tool, and the rest of your stack treats it like anything else.

AI systems & MCP servers

Extraction and classification against your real data, not a demo that only works on stage. We also build MCP servers, which let AI tools query and act on your systems with scoped permissions and an audit trail behind them.

Analytics & reporting

One number for revenue. One answer for where it came from.

We work with what you already run. If replacing something really is cheaper than integrating it, we will say so, but that is rarer than vendors like to suggest.

Pricing

Every project gets a fixed price before work starts.

Small project

$1,500starting price

One outcome, scoped tight.

  • A single integration or workflow
  • One dashboard or reporting view
  • A focused AI or automation build
  • The smallest piece that still ships whole

Mid-size project

Quotedfixed, after scoping

Several systems, working as one.

  • Multi-tool integration across the stack
  • RevOps pipeline and attribution build
  • A custom API where none exists
  • Analytics layer with live dashboards

Enterprise

Contactfixed, after scoping

Architecture and ownership at scale.

  • Full systems architecture and rollout
  • Multi-team, multi-location operations
  • AI infrastructure and MCP servers
  • Ongoing systems ownership

Micro builds & consulting

A quick fix, a second opinion, or an hour spent on a problem with someone who has seen it before.

$75per hour

The process

How it goes.

  1. 01

    Book the call.

Thirty minutes. You describe what is broken, or what you wish existed. We ask the boring questions early, because that is where projects go wrong.

  2. 02

    Get the plan.

A written proposal with a fixed price. It says plainly what is included and what is not.

  3. 03

    Get the system.

We build. You review at the midpoint, so surprises surface while they are still cheap. Docs and a support window come with it, because “works on my machine” is not a handover.

Who you’re working with

You are talking to the person who builds it.

The work has gone live in real estate, franchise operations, wellness, photography, and marketing.

Systems built here are running in production right now for businesses in the US and Australia.

Nothing is subcontracted. No account-manager NPC in the middle, relaying your requirements badly.

Security

  • Scoped credentials rather than admin logins, revoked at handover.
  • Your data is never used to train or evaluate a model.
  • You own the code and the accounts. Nothing depends on us still being here.

Questions

The short answers.

What does a typical project cost?

Small projects start at $1,500. Mid-size and enterprise are quoted from scope. Micro builds run $75/hour. You get an exact number before committing.

What tools do you work with?

Yours. Python and JavaScript are home turf, and we work with anything that has an API: CRMs, ERPs, billing, warehouses, internal tools.

What if our tool has no API?

Then we build one. A documented, authenticated service layer that makes a closed system integrable.

Is this just a GPT wrapper?

No. A wrapper is a text box with someone else’s model behind it. We build the plumbing underneath: extraction and classification against your real data, and MCP servers that let AI tools act on your systems with scoped permissions and an audit trail. How we handle access and data.

What if I don’t know what I need?

That is what the call is for. Most people arrive knowing something hurts and not why. Working out the why is part of the job.

Do you offer ongoing support?

Yes. Most clients move to a monthly retainer after the first build, so things stay monitored and keep improving.

Let’s talk

The systems call is free.
Running a broken pipeline isn’t.

Book thirty minutes. Worst case you leave with a clear diagnosis and a plan you could hand to anyone. Best case we build it.
